NEP Projects was established in 2006, born out of need. A serious shortage of project planners at the time, and a lack of professional training resulted in exorbitant rates and poor scheduling skills on average. We took up the challenge, and established a professional project scheduling service after extensive international research.
We have built our business on dedication, trust, integrity, transparency and by keeping to accepted standards. Since inception we identified the lack of an accepted training facility as a serious problem, and it has been a vision to establish our own official training program.. This has now realized, and the PROJECT PLANNING AND SCHEDULING TRAINING ACADEMY was established in 2018.
Even before the Academy was launched, we have been training our project planners in the workplace, placing them on site at clients, and providing the client with a total, professional planning and scheduling service.
The planning service was extended to Project Management services, where we have the capacity to place Project Managers, and supporting them with scheduling services where a full time Planner could not be justified due to the small size of the project.
