Our opportunity came at the end of 2014 when a large international mining company approached us to develop a training program for training their Project Planners. This grew from a short course to a fully-fledged training program and a book which will be marketed internationally. One of our shareholders shares the IP for the book and training material, and we are using this comprehensive training manual as a basis for our training.
The training course is based on existing scheduling theory, with practical real-world planning applications and solutions.
